All payments are non-refundable.
It is strongly recommended that the customer purchase travel insurance to cover the costs of any unforeseen events (flight cancellations, medical treatments, accidents, and other unforeseen events). The customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions before confirming the reservation and participating in the activities. Any changes to the program are subject to availability. Changes to the program and schedule are possible and are beyond the control of Discovery Travels, which is therefore not responsible for any cancellations. Where possible, Discovery Travels will attempt to rearrange the program so as not to lose the reservation.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that the activities offered by our suppliers are the responsibility of the suppliers themselves and beyond the responsibility and control of Discovery Travels.
Discovery Travels is not responsible for any disruptions due to natural disasters or force majeure.
