Arktikum – Arctic Science Centre and Museum. The science center and museum Arktikum in Rovaniemi, Finland, is a grate place for learning about the history, culture, and way of life in the Arctic and Lapland. It is home to both the Regional Museum of Lapland and the Arctic Centre of the University of Lapland. It is a major cultural destination where visitors may view exhibits on subjects including Arctic science, the history of Lapland, and the Northern Lights.

Snowman World. Opening hours: From January 7th to March 16th, 2026 (if the weather conditions allow), Thursdays from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Within the winter activity park, you’ll find the Snow Restaurant, an ice bar, an ice skating rink, snow and ice slides, and a snow maze. You can also meet the playful snowmen at Snowman World. Admission includes the ice disco. The disco is open to all ages, and the same ticket is valid all day. Tickets can be purchased at reception, next to the Ensilumi Bar.

Ranua zoo + Fishing and tasting. Pick up from Rovaniemi (1h.) or drive to Ranua zoo (2 h.) destination Kultivaara. Moving by snowmobile and cart to fishing experience (pilkki ca 2 h. depending on weather and guests’ tolerance to cold). In case of too cold weather moving to fishing place by car. Fish tasting and then back to Rovaniemi (1 h.)

Snowmobile Family adventure. What is included: thermal outfit, guidance in English, snowmobiling 2 persons/snowmobile, fuel, traffic insurance**, hot beverage. Duration: 2 h. Departures : Mon-Sun 14:30

**Maximum personal liability €980. Self liability can be reduced to €150 by paying waiver supplement €20 per safari driver at the office before the activity starts.
